Fortunately, the person facing my refusal, despite everything, sent my package via Dhl and thanks to the number I was able to track the package. So I had to do with a scam attempt because the person tried to extract money from me by using my number which was communicated upstream by afrikrea for the delivery of my package. It is a shame because the site is very secure but has gaps in protection by giving the personal number of customers to sellers. I think the person ended up sending my package because of the payment system at the reception, so I waited patiently and impatiently for my order to be able to report this incidence so that other people do not get fooled, l The experience was very unpleasant, more fear than harm. Colis bien reçu, mais quelques problèmes et frayeurs avec le vendeur car à partir du moment que ma commande a été validé par le vendeur, le jour de son envoi la personne m’a contacté sur whatsapp via mon numéro personnel et m’a demandé de payer en plus pour me faire livrer car il ne s’attendait pas à des frais aussi élevés. de plus que il n’est pas passer via la messagerie professionnelle de afrikrea, j’ai commencé à trouver ces propos très louche. Après quelques échanges et mon refus de céder à sa demande alors que j’ai déjà payer des frais lors de ma commande, la personne à commencer à me menacer d’annuler ma commande et de me faire des frayeurs.
Heureusement que la personne en face de mon refus ,à malgré tout envoyer mon colis via Dhl et grace au numéro j’ai pu suivre le colis. J’ai donc eu a faire à une tentative d’arnaque car la personne a essayer de me soutirer de l’argent en se servant de mon numéro qui a été communiqué en amont par afrikrea pour la livraison de mon colis.
C’est dommage car le site est bien sécurisé mais à des lacunes de protection en donnant le numéro personnel des clients en aux vendeurs.
