I wanted to love these shoes, I really did. I had a great dialogue with the vendor when they reached out to me with a question. However the finished product falls way short. The picture was taken at this angle so you could see what I mean. The bottom of the shoe is not flat. The straps are thick and have been stuck to the bottom of the shoe and then a thin sole placed over it. Walking in these will feel like I am walking on stones after just a few steps. Also the vendor's picture of the shoe is a little deceiving. The nubuck/suede does not continue through to the heel. The heel is a shiny red patent, which I think cheapens the look of the shoe.
