REFUNDS
Our baskets are of great quality and beautiful color blends but are susceptible to extreme weather damages such as those from rain(water) or extreme heat. They should be kept away from this.

If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, we'll gladly refund it (minus the shipping cost), as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders
We allow the customer to customize the colors, sizes, and leather finishes.
Takes up to 7 days for custom orders to be ready.
