RETURNS & POLICIES
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All returned shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend sending your returned items with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges at your own shipping cost, both to and fro, we cannot ensure availability of returned items upon receipt, but we will issue you a store credit once we've received your returned items. You'll be able to use this to order another item of choice.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable
DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at [email protected]; returned items will be fully refunded, inclusive of shipping costs (up to $20.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the returned shipping cost). Settlement will be done via PayPal.

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately; once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of our courier service DHL to ensure packages are delivered. Items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

The outfit arrived sooner than expected and well packaged. Very well made! The outfit looks great on my husband. The pants are a bit tight in his thigh area - I wish that I had known that this fabric wouldn’t have any give to it but will have some elastic insert added to the inner thigh area so he can be comfortable but overall, would definitely purchase from this seller again!!
