RETURNS Our policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot approve a return request. Items must be returned to the return address within 60 days of the delivery date to receive store credit. If an item is received after the 60 day period, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Pack your items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in their original condition (including the return postcard, packaging and accessories). All items must be unworn, unmodified and unwashed. We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will either be returned to you or you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of an order error. The processing times for orders / returns are slightly longer, during sales and holidays.
