Item not delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 business days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES:
We stand by our quality and we value our customers so in case you are not 100% satisfied with your sandals/clothing, you can exchange them up to 7 days from the date you received them in their original un worn, un damaged condition and their original packaging, and receive an exchange. The return and resend shipping costs burden the buyer.
***** All shoes/clothing can be handmade to order to your size and color/fabric preference (we will show you available fabrics). Please double check the details of your order, the color you have selected and the size because we won't be able to accept exchanges and refunds for this, unless the item is faulty. The sandals have a normal to narrow width. Both shoes/clothing are true to size but if you are not certain about the size please double check with us.****
