I took 1 gummy and 2 booster pills daily. Used the cream in the day and oil at night. I took these consistently and worked out 4 days a week focusing on my butt. I also ate clean and ate a lot of protein meals and drank protein shakes. I have finished the complete package. I have only gained 1 inch on my butt. No flat tummy like the instagram page says the gummies will make tummy flat. My hips has not gotten wider either. My opinion, these are not worth the money. I have pics in my review to prove. Left picture is before and the picture on the right is after. I took the pills/gummies and used the cream & oil for 30 days. Save your money. There are other products that are cheaper and actually work.
I have received this package 2 weeks later than expected. The product doesn’t work as well ! They say it’s effective between 3-7 days but it’s been almost a month using the product but no results at allll! Too expensive for something that doesn’t work at all

Measure around the neck at the neck.

Measure around your bust where it is wider by placing the tape measure under the arms and over the shoulder blades.

Measure in the hollow of the waist.

Keep your feet together and measure the widest part.

Measure the top of the crotch up to the ankle bone.
