Our XALAM watches are manufactured in accordance with standard quality standards. Also, a 12 month warranty is granted to you from the date of purchase of your watch. It covers all hidden defects and anomalies, defects in materials and workmanship, movement, markers, dial and hands included. Parts not listed above are not covered by this warranty. During the warranty period, XALAM will repair or replace any defective parts or watch at no additional cost and within a reasonable time. However, the customer may be billed for shipping costs for the item, depending on its location and the nature of its request. The warranty does not cover repairs resulting from improper treatment of the watch, improper use, negligence, accident as well as normal wear and tear. The guarantee does not also cover water damage caused by abusive use without taking into account the limits of "water resistant", the replacement of batteries, glass, case and bracelet by unauthorized service providers.
