I love the dress but it was a bit big. I am 5'10, 125 pounds, and slim and I ordered an XS. I should've gotten an XXS. I think I'll get it altered to make it tighter, snugger. Customer service was great and I would order from here again.

Not so attentive, I gave my measurements and the dress is not wearable since I cannot close it, too long, an awful smell when opened (good it washes) !! Weird because every time I give my measurements it's good! A big disappointment!

Very beautiful dress, super class! My measurements were respected. On the other hand, I had not seen the presence of pockets on the model presented on the site and I admit doubting their usefulness because you can not really put something in the pockets of a dress so close to the body and elegant. (I would probably have a pouch / bag for that!) Otherwise, thanks for the tote bag as a gift!

Par contre, je n'avais pas vu la présence de poches sur le modèle présenté sur le site et j'avoue douter de leur utilité car on ne peut pas vraiment mettre quelque chose dans les poches d'une robe aussi près du corps et élégante (j'aurais probablement une pochette/un sac pour ça !) The positives: 1. Communication with seller was great and response to queries were quick. 2. Delivery was as expected and order arrived in time for when I needed it. 3. Dress was as pictured so no nasty surprises.
The negatives: 1. Bust of dress didn't fit despite sending detailed measurements and had to pay extra cost for a local tailor to adjust the dress. 2. There was a cigarette-like smell on the dress when it arrived but it quickly went after a run in the washing machine.

One caveat is I would order this item further in advance if you are expecting to wear it for a special event, as delivery may take a little longer than advertised.
