Refund
We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange.
However, If you need to return or exchange any merchandise, Ensure thats it is in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it.
It must have the the tag, all paperwork and packaging materials on and be free from make-up and all stains. It must also have not been used, washed or altered in any way.
You are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend returning your parcel using a tracked/insured service.
Exchange
We can only process merchandise that has been received back to our custody for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or colour.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your return is due to a mistake made by us, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement out to you.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
Please not that all sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Incase your package gets missing in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund. However, we are not responsible for packages that were delivered with proof of delivery.
A refund will be issued back via paypal. We will process your refund within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. However, please note that your bank may take longer to process this.
