When a seller does not answer in spite of several reminders, we encourage you to contact us so that we can relaunch her.
If 48 hours after our reminder you do not have no answer from her, you can if you wish ask a cancellation. If however the parcel was sent, it is very possible that you receive it.
- If you receive the parcel after the cancellation and if you wish to keep it, you will have to leave the order again so that the seller can receive the money.
- If you receive the parcel after the cancellation and if you do not want to keep it, we invite you to ask a return address to the seller and then send it back. If the article presents no defect and is is in accordance with the image and the description, you will pay the return fees . If the article presents defects and is not in accordance with the image and the description, the seller will pay the return fees.
