If you have not received your transfer, we first invite you to see if the validation deadline has arrived. Validation deadlines are as follows:
- Wednesday for European, international and Paypal accounts. This means that the transfer request must be made before Wednesday. A transfer request made on a Wednesday is validated on the following Wednesday. The delivery time is 2 to 5 days, depending on your bank.
- Requests via Western Union are processed 10 days after the request If the deadline has not arrived yet, we invite you to wait.
